With a private chef, dinner becomes the centrepiece of the day. The chef arrives at the villa in the afternoon with ingredients chosen at the morning market. The menu is agreed in advance, according to the preferences of the guests and the produce in season.
Simple, cared-for dishes take shape in the kitchen: fresh grilled fish, garden vegetables and home-made pasta. The table is laid on the terrace, facing the sea, while the scent of dinner fills the house. The service is discreet, designed to leave guests free to enjoy the evening.
